Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personalization errors submitted by the customer.

Order Accuracy

Please carefully review all details before placing your order, including spelling, design selection, and personalization.

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier and is no longer within our control.

Loved & Kept Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Processing Time

All items are made or prepared with care and intention.

Made-to-order items such as engraved Bibles and Bible charms require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
