Processing Time

How long does it take to process my order?

All items are made or prepared with care and intention.

Made-to-order items such as engraved Bibles and Bible charms, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
Ready-to-ship items, if available, may ship sooner.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together once everything is ready. During busy seasons, processing time may be slightly longer. Thank you so much for your patience.

Personalization

Can I customize my item?

Yes, personalized items such as engraved Bibles are made with your chosen design and name. Please make sure all details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Spelling and Order Details

What if I made a mistake on my order?

We kindly ask that you double-check all spelling before placing your order. Because each personalized piece is made just for you, we may not be able to make changes once production has started. However, if you notice a mistake on our end, please reach out as soon as possible and we will make it right. 

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final.

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier and is no longer within our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Will my Bible look exactly like the photos?

Each engraving is done with care using precision tools. Slight variations may occur, which is part of what makes each piece unique.

Design Placement

Will the design placement always be the same?

Design placement may vary slightly depending on the length of the name or text, to ensure the best fit and overall look.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Free gifts

Orders of $80 or more (before tax and shipping) qualify for a free mystery gift.
Gifts are randomly selected and may vary. Availability is not guaranteed.
